How Do I Archive the Example Projects in My Account?

A guide on how to archive example projects in your Content Studio account.

What are Example Projects?

Example projects are pre-made projects that are automatically added to every new Content Studio account. They can greatly assist with familiarizing yourself with the platform and understanding how projects are created, managed, and organized. You can easily spot them as they are displayed with a yellow Example tag.

When you open your account, you'll see around 30 example projects displayed on your Projects page. Because these examples are included automatically, they are unable to be deleted, unfortunately. However, you do have the option to archive them as you see fit!

How to Archive an Example Project

To clean up your Project page, you can archive your examples individually.

  1. Locate the Project you'd like to archive and click the 3 vertical dots on the project card.

  2. Select the Archive option from the dropdown menu.

3. Once the project has been archived, you'll receive a confirmation message letting you know that the project was successfully archived.

Finding an Archived Project

Archived projects can be easily located by filtering your project list to show projects with the archived status.

  1. Head to your Projects page and click the dropdown menu used to filter your view.

  2. Select the Archived status.

3. Your project list will update to display your archived projects with the ability to unarchive the projects as well.

Note: You can view your archived projects using either the All Projects filter or the Archived status; however, the Example tag will be changed to Archived for those specific projects.

With a few clicks, you can keep your project list organized while still having easy access to example projects whenever you need them!
