At Content Studio, our Pro and Plus Accounts include weekly access to our powerful clip generation tool. Here’s a breakdown of how your clip credits work and how to manage them.
🎬 What’s Included Each Week
Every Pro and Plus subscription receives:
1 clip generation credit per week
Unlimited uploads per week
These credits renew weekly at 12:00 AM UTC on Mondays, which is typically:
8:00 PM EST on Sundays
5:00 PM PST on Sundays

🔁 How Clip Credits Work
Use anytime: Your weekly clip credit can be used on any uploaded video in your Content Studio account, anytime during that week.
Example workflow: Upload your Sunday sermon, and run clips Sunday night or Monday morning.
Number of clips: Typically, a 30–45 minute sermon will generate 30-50 clips from just one clip credit. You may download any or all of those generated clips without using any additional credits.
Expiration: Generated clips expire after 90 days at which point you would need to generate them again (this will use a clip credit). Downloaded clips remain on the device to which they were downloaded forever - or until you manually delete them.
Additional Credits
If you need more than one clip generation per week, there is the option to add additional clip credits in two different ways:
1. Power Packs
Power Packs are for teams that regularly have need to run more than one clip generation per week. Power Packs increase the set number of clip credits that are issued each week on your account (default is 1 per week). Each extra clip per week is $17/month and will charge along with your monthly subscription. Extra clip credits expire weekly on Monday at midnight, UTC just like your subscription clip credits.
2. On-Demand
On Demand clip use can be toggled on by the owner of the account to allow team members to generate extra clips as needed. They cost $5 per clip generation and will charge on the following month's invoice along with your subscription fee. There is no risk of these expiring as they are granted at time of usage. On-Demand limits can be managed through your Settings to allow only up to a certain number per month.
If you are the "owner" on the account, you will have access to set this up within your account Settings.
Go to Settings --> Subscription
Scroll down to the Subscription portion
Select either Power Pack or On-Demand
Set number of power packs per month or on-demand limit for your team
Your new monthly balance will be reflected by your selection
📊 Tracking Clip Credit Usage
You’ll see a display like: “1 out of 1 used” once your weekly clip credit is spent.
If someone on your team has used the credit, it will reflect here.
📌 Tip: If multiple team members run clips, coordinate to ensure you don't run out unexpectedly.
