How to Re-Run Clips

Too few clips? Captions don't match? You can re-run your clips quite easily within Minvo's Moments editing page!

Sometimes the clip generation process may encounter minor issues. If your clips don’t meet expectations, you can easily reprocess them by following these steps:

  1. Open your clip editing page and click the question mark icon in the top-right corner.



  2. Select Re-Process from the menu.

  3. In the dialog box, choose a reason for reprocessing. You can also adjust the start and end timestamps using the timeline slider. Click Reprocess to continue.


  4. The page will reload, and a progress indicator will appear next to “Clips” in the top-left corner. This means your clips are being reprocessed. The process may take several minutes, depending on your internet connection.

If you experience slow processing times, try switching to a different browser (we recommend Google Chrome for best performance) or using a more stable internet connection.

If you continue to run into issues, click the question mark icon again and select Help to browse articles within Minvo's extensive Help Center, or choose Chat to connect directly with Minvo's support team.
