🌍 Publishing Your Content via Pages

Turn any Page into a live, shareable link, extending your sermon’s impact beyond Sunday with just one click.

Once you’ve created content inside Content Studio, whether that’s a written Page or a Clip Generation, you can publish it to share with your congregation and community. Publishing turns your content into a live, shareable link that anyone can view, making it simple to extend your message beyond Sunday.

Publishing Pages

Pages are written pieces of content you’ve created from your sermon files, like devotionals, study guides, or other written materials. Each Page can be published as a formatted web page hosted by Content Studio, complete with a unique link you can share anywhere.

To publish a Page:

  1. Open your Project.

  2. Find the Page you’d like to publish and click the 3 dot menu. Click Publish.

  3. The standard domain used is page.church, followed by a random string of characters.

  4. You can update those random characters to something more recognizable like page.church/devotional, but this domain is shared across all Content Studio users, and if you try to use something already in use by another church, you will see an error saying "This slug is already taken" and will have to change your link to something else.

  5. However, members with a Pro subscription can connect their own church’s web domain through Custom Domains to make those links look and feel like part of their website, and guarantee they can use any link they want. If you have set up a Custom Domain, click the dropdown arrow to change it. Note that you can also change the default domain in your Settings to always be your Custom Domain. Once you have the URL set up correctly, click Publish to web to finalize.

  6. Your Page is now live and ready to share! You can post the link on social media, send it in an email, or embed it on your church’s website.

    1. Click the 🔗 icon to the right of the URL to copy the link

    2. Click View Live Page to visit the URL and see your published Page

    3. Click Unpublish to unpublish your Page.

  7. Now that you have published the Page, the 3 dot menu on the Page has changed options for you to be able to share the link, copy the link, or adjust your publish settings.

  8. Finally, note that you can also publish content directly from the Page Editor by clicking Publish in the top right corner and following the same steps.

💡 Tip: If you update your Page later, those updates will automatically appear on the published version - no need to republish!

Managing Published Pages

After publishing, you can:

  • Copy the link to share it anywhere.

  • Un-publish the Page if you no longer want it to be publicly available.

  • Delete the Page from Content Studio entirely if you no longer need it in your library.

Un-publishing will make the link inactive, so visitors will no longer be able to access it. You can republish the Page at any time.

Page Analytics

Every published Page includes built-in analytics, giving you insight into how your congregation engages with your content. Analytics help you understand which resources are resonating most with your audience so you can keep improving and sharing content that makes an impact.

Analytics currently include:

  • Page Views – How many times the content has been visited

  • Average View Time – How long visitors typically engage with your content

  • Links Clicked – How many times embedded links were clicked

These insights help you understand which pieces of content are resonating most with your audience.

Page Analytics can be viewed in one of two ways. First, on the main card of the Page, you can click the 3 dot menu and then click View Analytics.

Or second, from the Page Editor you can click File -> View page analytics.
