Seeing Queued, Processing Delayed, or an error message doesn't always mean something is wrong. Here are a few things you can try before reaching out to Support.
Project Uploads: Queued or Processing Delayed
A delayed or queued upload can happen for several reasons, including a slow connection, large file size, lengthy sermon, or high server volume.
If your project has been marked with Processing Delayed or Queued for more than 5-10 minutes:
Try refreshing the page. Sometimes this clears the status and gets things moving again.
If that does not work, archive the project using the three-dot menu on the project card, and then upload it again from scratch
If the issue persists, try uploading from a different source (for example, download the video and upload the file directly instead of using a YouTube link - you can find instructions for downloading your video from YouTube here).
Project Uploads: Errors
If you see a true Upload Failed error, the first step is simply to try again. Temporary connection or server issues can sometimes resolve themselves within a few minutes.
You have unlimited uploads, so there's no harm in trying again.
You can archive the existing attempt by clicking the 3 dot menu on the project card and selecting Archive Project.
Then, you can click + Add Project and start again from scratch.
Clips: Queued or Processing Delayed
A Queued or Processing Delayed status does not mean your clips have failed. It may simply mean that processing is taking longer than usual.
If clips remain queued for 5-10 minutes or longer, you can:
Try refreshing the page. Sometimes this clears the status and gets things moving again.
Wait for processing to finish.
Send us a message on the Content Studio Help Chat to see if there are any known issues. In some cases, we can re-run the clips internally and get them going again.
Or you can get in touch with the Clips support team directly by clicking on the chat bubble icon in the lower right corner of either the Clips Calendar or a clips editing page.
If you would like to browse the Clips team's (Minvo) help center articles, you can find them here.
Clips: Failed
A true clip failure will show Clips Failed. When this happens, your clip credit should automatically be returned, and you can use the Retry button to run the clips again.
If your credit isn't restored, contact Support and we'll restore it for you.
